John felt that it was necessary to slap the roast.

We're about to enjoy our holiday meal. This is after we went to church with John's parents.
We had a fire. It seemed like a Christmassy thing to do.
I think the theme for our holidays this year was, "Relaxation". Christmas Eve and Christmas day were both a lot of fun. The day after Christmas we all drove up to Las Vegas. I wish I could say we won the jackpot but since I'm honest I can't say that.

Relaxation was not the theme of my holidays. I am very jealous of your holidays- especially the fire. And the roast slapping.
