Maintenance mode. I've technically been maintaining my weight loss for a year and a half now.
I don't feel like I'm doing much different now than when I was losing. I still plan, measure, set goals, exercise 6 days/wk and track my efforts.
John thinks I should relax a little since I've made it to maintenance mode but I can't. I have a fear that I'm going to fall back into old habits. My old habits were very unhealthy and my body was starting to feel it.
I'll just keep on doing what I do and take mental notes on what people do who have maintained a healthy lifestyle long term. I don't really think that a year and a half could be considered the long term yet.

You should definitely loosen up your regimen, primarily so you don't make me look bad. You've done great and you need to reward yourself for what you've accomplished. For example...you should have a couple drinks at the concert with me tonight ;).
