I'm going to miss spring break...

Today's the last day of my spring break. It went by too fast. I want it to start over.

After participating in Kelly's discussion about dressing for $30 or less and then reading lots of other participant's posts about it, I had the budget shopping itch. So yesterday afternoon I headed off to Target.

When I was in the dressing room a couple was trying on clothes two or three dressing rooms down from me. Is that area coed these days at Target?

Here's some of my purchases. They weren't on sale but were each under $30.

I also bought three shirts and some flip flops with the delightful orange stickers on them. I didn't buy the baby doll shirt I tried on with ruffles. I looked ridiculous.

After shopping I made the Biggest Loser meatloaf...my very first meatloaf. I took GVZ's advice and put basil and sun dried tomatoes in it. Yummy. Thanks GVZ.

I'll try Katie's advice next time and let the crock pot do the cooking. That would be awesome to come home to after work.

My last day of spring break...sigh.

Sorry your break is ending BUT sooooo excited that mine will be starting at 3:45 today! I am sure that I will be able to find some time to do a little shopping next week. By the way - LOVE the dresses - very cute!

Cute dresses! I wish my big fat ass fit into anything from Target :( Sorry your spring break is over, but at least now you can start looking forward to summer break! Glad the meatloaf was good. Once I put half in the pan, then sprinkled a layer of gorgonzola cheese, then shaped the rest on top. It was so good. And part of the reason why I have a big fat ass!

Very cute dresses. We're going to target tomorrow. We'll be looking at toys and possibly a slide for Spencer, but I'm still very excited about it.
