My first week teaching a class of students who are several grade levels below their current grade level is almost over. It's a whole different ball game than my previous position (Resource). I gotta say, I'm really loving it. My students are awesome.
I just wish I could get the circle time songs out of my mind. I guess they're pretty catchy.

I've been thinking about you all week- I'm glad that things are going well.
I spend all day every day with Spencer's songs stuck in my head. Mostly songs from his toys and his DVD's, but now that he is in school he is coming home and singing songs he learned and those get stuck in my head too.

Your room looks fabulous! I wish we could have singing and dancing time in my class but wtih teenagers that is probably not such a good thing. Glad you had such a good first week!
