If you don't have anything positive to say...
Say the "f" word. I find it surprisingly awesome. I'll probably be saying it more and more as November gets closer. November is when I defend my Masters Thesis.

It's my favorite word.
I used it 846 times tonight. The last step of my furniture redo is not going well. It's ruining my life. I'm very depressed about it.
