Fit Friday

My posts have been very short this week because of school ending. Starting next week I'll be able to put much more time and thought into them.

So, Fit Friday...hmm....

Let's do nutrition today. What's your favorite healthy food? You know, the food that is great for you but you LOVE eating it. Right now, I would say mine is pineapple. I could eat it every day all day long. It's a perfect fruit.

Green beans, yogurt, oatmeal. I like a lot of healthy foods. Unfortunately I also like a lot of not healthy at all foods. And sometimes they win.

Lately I am very into avocados and sweet potatoes - not together of course
