Fit Friday

I'm writing this post on Wednesday because I'll be in Texas Thursday through Sunday. I'll be back on blogger on Monday. Hope you're all having a great week!

Goals. Gotta have them. My goal for awhile has been to maintain my level of fitness but that's getting pretty boring. I have a new goal for the summer. I want extremely toned arms like Jillian Michaels. I LOVE her arms.



I'm going to have to find a good fitness plan for my arms goal. This week the only thing I've done differently to help with my goal is I've been doing push ups. As you can see, I have a ways to go...



I'll let you know next week what my plan is for meeting my goal and my progress. What are your goals?

Have fun in Texas!! My goal is to keep working out, I don't have high expectations for any particular results, I just want to be healthier!

Have you ever tried the 30 minute shred? It's one of Jillian Michael's DVDs. Kicks my butt! I suggest it if you haven't tried it.
